This is probably a bit of an odd addition to my blog. But nature has always moved me. Last night as I was trying to organise some of my photo's, I came across these. I thought about how this is the everyday stuff that God made for us. The stuff we take for granted. The plants are the weeds that we tend to walk over or walk by on our way to the roses. Maybe there's a lesson in life somewhere in there.
That first picture was especially sweet for me - every day when I go to pick Colin up from school, both he and Gabe gather those weeds and present their beautiful flowers as a gift to me.
Joseph at 3 years old: Heavenly Father is a bit lazy isn't he mum! He lets Jesus do everything! Lucy at 4 years old: After seeing some urine around the toilet, Lucy was disgusted: That was one of the boys. It came out of their peanut. OJ at 3 years: Mum: I love you OJ OJ: I love you. Pause. OJ: What does I love you mean? Emily at 11!!!!!! Bishopric member says: Is your mum as nice as she seems? Emily: Yes. Well, apart from when she's on a period!

That's so lovely. That's why I love them so much because Lucy always gives them to me when we go for a walk!!
